World-class recruitment businesses

Overall NPS of +70 or above over the last 12 months, with at least 50 verified responses. Listed on verified results alone.

The Verified Standard

One method for every recruitment business.

  • Only verified feedback counts. Each response comes from a real client or candidate interaction recorded in the business's CRM, is collected by Talent Analytics, and cannot be written, edited or deleted by the business.
  • World-class means an overall Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +70 or above. Excellent means +50 to +69. A rating needs at least 50 verified responses; below that, a profile shows Pending.
  • Both tiers use the last 12 months of responses and need at least 50 verified responses.
  • Scores are recalculated monthly, so a business changes tier only at the monthly update.
  • Payment, plan and sponsorship never affect whether a business is listed.

Frequently asked questions

How does a recruitment business get listed?

A business is listed when its verified client and candidate feedback over the last 12 months meets The Verified Standard: at least 50 verified responses and an overall NPS of +50 or above. Every business that meets it is shown. Businesses with fewer than 50 responses can still have a profile, marked Pending.

Can a recruitment business pay to be listed?

No. Payment, plan and sponsorship have no effect on whether a business is listed. Only the verified score, the number of verified responses and the length of the track record count.

What does verified mean?

Each response comes from a genuine client or candidate interaction recorded in the business's CRM. Talent Analytics sends the survey and receives the response directly. Responses are published as written, anonymised by sector and role only.

What is NPS?

Net Promoter Score is the percentage of promoters (scores of 9 and 10) minus the percentage of detractors (scores of 0 to 6). It runs from -100 to +100.

How often is this updated?

Scores and tiers are recalculated monthly.

How does a recruitment business get a verified profile?

By measuring client and candidate feedback with Talent Analytics. The profile builds from the first verified response.
