Net Promoter Score (NPS) is the share of promoters (scores of 9 or 10) minus the share of detractors (0 to 6), on a scale of -100 to +100.
A profile goes live once a business reaches 25 verified responses. A rating needs at least 50 verified responses from the last 12 months. Scores are recalculated monthly, so a business changes tier only at the monthly update. Only rated businesses appear in the industry and role lists.
A genuine candidate or client interaction is recorded in the business's CRM.
Talent Analytics sends the survey automatically and receives the response directly.
The response is locked and shown anonymously, by sector and role only.
Shown exactly as written. The business cannot write, edit or delete a response.
The comments on a profile are from verified promoters. The score is calculated from all verified responses (promoters, passives and detractors) to surveys sent automatically after a CRM event, so it is not a selection of the best feedback.
Payment, plan and sponsorship have no effect on whether a recruitment business is listed or what tier it holds. Only the verified score, the number of verified responses and the length of the track record count.
