This privacy noticeaims to give you information on how TalentAnalytics collects and processes yourpersonal data through your use of this website (which includes thedomain https://www.talentanalytics.co.uk and all related subdomains),including any data you may provide through this website when you interact withus, sign up to our newsletter, purchase a product or service or take part in a competition.
This website is notintended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating tochildren. By using the website, you confirm to use that you meet thisrequirement. 2. THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

Personal data, orpersonal information, means any information about an individual from which thatperson can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has beenremoved (anonymous data).

Nor do we collect any information aboutcriminal convictions and offences.
IF YOU FAIL TOPROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
Where we need tocollect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with youand you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to performthe contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provideyou with goods or services).   • Credit reference agencies, law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies, so we can help tackle fraud.
  • Companies approved by you, such as social media sites(if you choose to link your accounts to us).
We may provide thirdparties with aggregated but anonymised information and analytics about ourcustomers and, before we do so, we will make sure that it does not identifyyou.
