Talent Analytics now integrates with Loxo
Talent Analytics now integrates with Loxo, giving recruitment businesses an autonomous system to capture, respond to, escalate and capitalise on client, candidate and contractor feedback.

Talent Analytics is the experience platform for recruitment teams. It gives agencies control over the standard of experience they are known for, combining human relationships with AI-driven insight to measure how clients, candidates and contractors experience the service, surface risk early and improve performance at scale.
That platform now integrates directly with Loxo. Rather than simply triggering surveys, it runs as an autonomous system around your pipeline: capturing feedback at the right moments, responding to it, escalating risk to the right manager and capitalising on promoters through reviews, referrals and testimonials. Every response is tied back to the people, jobs and consultants involved, creating feedback loops across every part of the business that drive consistent improvement where it’s needed most.
The integration was driven by customer demand. Jackson James, an existing Talent Analytics customer, moved their recruitment business onto Loxo and wanted to keep the service management system they had built. As Graydon Winter puts it:
“Talent Analytics has been a game-changer for our business. We’ve always had a huge emphasis on delivering a high-quality service, but we didn’t have an effective way of actually measuring it. We now get real-time, actionable feedback that’s helped us improve our service not only across the business as a whole, but at an individual level too. We have clear visibility on what we do well, and when mistakes happen we’re able to respond quickly, act on the feedback and limit any potential fallout. It’s definitely a platform we’ll be sticking with for the long haul.”

What you can measure in Loxo
When a candidate moves stage in Loxo, Talent Analytics picks up the change and sends the right survey at the right point in the process, so feedback reflects genuine interactions rather than a generic survey sent to a mailing list. That covers candidates submitted to a role, placed or rejected, along with clients at key points in a job.
Two areas stand out on Loxo. Rejection reasons recorded in Loxo carry through as context, so you can see whether unsuccessful candidates, who make up most of any agency's pipeline, still leave with a good impression. And because Loxo stores placement start and end dates and treats contractors as their own record type, check-ins can be scheduled through each assignment, helping contract teams spot disengagement early and protect extensions and redeployments.

From feedback to action
Scores and comments sit alongside the pipeline that produced them. Leaders can track NPS by audience, team and consultant, pick up detractors before a relationship slips, route feedback to the right manager and surface promoters for reviews, referrals and testimonials.

Getting connected
A Loxo admin generates an API key in Loxo settings and enters it into CX Hub with the agency's Loxo domain, and your existing pipeline is picked up from there. API access needs to be enabled on your Loxo plan. Nothing changes for consultants, because the feedback runs off activity they already record.
If you run on Loxo, or are planning a move to it, start a trial or get in touch and we’ll show you how it works with your own pipeline.
