I was approached for a post. Throughout the process I was kept informed and supported from application to the interview process. When I noted some issues , Chris was very understanding and worked without prejudice to with me on resolving the issues. When I reflected if this was a post I want , Chris was wonderful in going through the pros and cons - coaching style When I decided to withdraw, he called me later and listened and supported me. I felt listened to and supported in what was a very difficult decision but he made me feel comfortable in my decision . Hence, I would recommend the agency as they are genuinely supporting candidates and employers

The whole team (David, Rebecca and Anita) had a fantastic pro-active approach. The interaction felt really personal so that you're not just a name on a page but a human being. It made such a difference during a really turbulent and difficult job market and where AI seems to be ruling the process with other recruiters. I loved the approach with the webinar before you actually applied so you could get a feel of the CEO, CPO/COO interaction and to get some more insight on them and the organisation. I've not seen this before with any other recruiter so you usually would only see the CEO etc at the time of an interview (if you were lucky). I never give a 10 so this is the best rating I can give.
