Edie was refreshingly diligent and professional throughout the process. She wasn't shy of having a conversation with the client about increasing the budget by 44% and establishing my expertise v a 2 pronged client brief. I was kept informed of developments throughout and she advised on interview structure and called me 15 minutes before to check on me/wish me luck I very rarely receive feedback and a lot of the time i gather clients don't give it but this was obtained by Edie and shared with me which was useful for the future. Whilst the outcome was disappointing, I felt very secure having Edie in my corner

Michelle was genuinely one of the best recruiters I’ve worked with. From the beginning, she took the time to understand what I was actually looking for in my next role instead of just trying to fill a seat.
