Adam was great the entire way through the recruitment process. Regular check ins to keep me up to date with what’s going on from the company/role side were super useful, you often feel like you’ve been forgotten about either because a company isn’t interested or they’ve just been slow to respond, but Adam made sure I was up to date throughout. Adam also did a great job out understanding what I wanted from the next step in my career and worked to align the right opportunity to that.

I don’t usually write feedback, but this time I had such a great experience with Add Some Zest that I wanted to share it. At first, I was skeptical because I often think companies like this might be a scam, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received a response. Adam, who assisted me throughout the process, was incredibly proactive, flexible with his schedule, and very understanding about what would be a good fit for me. I genuinely felt listened to and treated like a real person from start to finish.

I have had a very good experience working with Adam in the past and this time round has been no exception despite not finding the job offer of my dreams....yet! Adam is very personable, attentive and has taken the time to get to know me to understand what roles and companies I'm best suited to. We had an unusual situation this time when a job offer was withdrawn because I had another interview process still to complete. This was no fault of Adam's whatsoever and he took the time to check in with me afterwards which showed he had my best interests at heart. This IMO is going above and beyond the role of a typical recruiter and was very much appreciated. I can't recommend these guys enough! Keep up the great work ❤️

Adam and Arran are by far the best recruiters I've ever worked with, they have placed me before and found me very suitable roles to consider during my job hunting.
