Have had my reservations when working with 'recruiters' that sometimes that don't quite understand their client(s), positioning roles maybe not suited. However working with Zest and in particular Arran, this has completely changed my opinion. Arran from the first call was incredible, he was always professional but wanted to understand his client (candidate) and make each engagement very personable. Zest are able to really filter things for those clients they are representing also, taking you through that initial F2F recorded screening and always being on hand with pointers both in terms of the role but also other positions a candidate could be considering. Arran recognised my frustrations especially given that many roles share generic 'thanks but no thanks' emails without any context. I would highly recommend Zest for anyone considering a move and naturally Arran if you want to engage with someone who really wants to help candidates and employers find the right roles.
